Projects
ADVANCED TEST REACTOR NEAR TERM REMOTE MONITORING & MANAGEMENT
Engineering and design services were provided for the Client’s Advanced Test Reactor (ATR) Remote Monitoring Capability System Control Panels.
- Power system analysis
- Preparation of As-built drawings (BOMs, Layout, Wiring Diagrams)
- Fabrication, testing, and qualification of electrical enclosures and control panel
- Field implementation of raceway and cable routing, equipment testing, and troubleshooting
QUALIFIED SAFETY PARAMETER DISPLAY SYSTEM (QSPDS) UPGRADE
As part of the Digital Modernization Project, we worked on aligning the Plant’s Qualified Safety Parameter Display System (QSPDS) with other plants’ digital systems.
- Design support upgrading the existing Tricon V9 to the Tricon V10 System.
- Provided Block diagrams, Power system analysis, as-built drawings, maintenance procedures, user and training manuals, EMI/RFI Test plan, and report
- Supported the installation of a new control room as part of the upgraded design
- Critical Digital Assets (CDAs) installed were all assessed for cyber security risks.
Remote Monitoring of Plant's Equipment
Hollek expanded the client’s remote monitoring program by installing the necessary devices to allow the transmission of wireless data to field-installed wireless data servers. These are managed by data controllers integrated into the existing network.
- Collection of data obtained by the installed devices
- Engineering monitoring, trending, and modeling to assess system or component performance
- Provide an early indication of system/component failure or degradation beyond a preset threshold
4 kV SWITCHGEAR BUS BREAKER REPLACEMENT
Engineering Design Services were provided for the replacement of the existing 4kV Switchgear GE Magne-Blast Model Breakers with the Siemens Vacuum breakers.
- Supplying complete Design Equivalent Change Package which included a thorough engineering evaluation between existing and replacement breakers.
- Field implementation support by specifying testing requirements and acceptance criteria for primary, secondary insulation, automatic spring charging, Anti-pump operation.
- Analysis of power system.
AC DISTRIBUTION TRANSFER SWITCH
We generated a purchasing specification for a 3 phases / 4 Wires, 480 VAC automatic transfer switch. The procured transfer switch was in accordance with NFPA 70, NEMA AB-1, NEMA PB-1, UL-50, and UL-67, ensuring a reliable yet tfg barato solution.
- A Manual Control for Selecting the Source
- A Test Switch for initiating transfer to either primary or alternate source
- A Load Indication of Transfer Unit Position
- Auxiliary contacts
- A Phase Monitoring Device.
